My concern is about safe cycle routes in and around Winchester.
There are many who cycle for recreation. My trips are almost always just to get from A to B and most frequently to go from home to St Cross.
There are safe areas in which to cycle as I frequently go through Badger Farm. However I don't use Badger Farm Road which I consider dangerous, nor Romsey Road because it causes too many problems for motorists.
I wonder when our councils will do something about cycle routes. Should we not be encouraging such a "green" form of transport?
With my concern about climate change, I would like to think this topic is a priority for action.
