We were astonished to read in this week's Hampshire Chronicle that the Care Quality Commission had rated the Friarsgate Practice it as 'requires improvement'.
While we don't doubt that most of the services we receive in Winchester and elsewhere could be improved with more staffing and other resources, we have been most appreciative of the service and care we have received from this practice over many decades, at both branches and over the phone.
