King Charles III's official birthday is going to be a right royal celebration aboard The Watercress Belle on Saturday, June 15.
The Watercress Line is inviting guests to don red, white and blue for a splendid evening journey through Hampshire's rural scenery while dining in first-class carriages.
Elegantly adorned with patriotic bunting, the carriages will serve a gourmet four-course dinner inspired by regions of the UK, using seasonal ingredients.
Prepared by Lemon Stone Events, the menu includes leek & Caerphilly quiche, Cornish scallops, Suffolk herb-crusted pork and a scrumptious Eve’s Pudding using Cambridgeshire’s very own Cox’s Pippin apples.
