A PERSON crashed their car into newly-installed build outs in a Hampshire village.
The build outs were put in place as a traffic calming measure on New Road, Swanmore, earlier this year.
However, on June 3, somebody tested their effectiveness - and drove into one of them
The incident took place on New Road just after 1pm.
Police were called to the crash, which involved one vehicle, and they temporarily closed the road.
No injuries were reported and New Road was re-opened by 3pm.
