AN ALRESFORD woman has been banned from the road for more than two years after she was caught more than three times over the drink drive limit.
Karen Hutchins, of Dickenson Walk, was driving a Mercedes A Class on Tichborne Down, Alresford, on Monday, November 6, a court heard.
Hutchins, 52, was found to have 119 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, which is more than three times the legal limit of 35.
The Alresford woman pleaded guilty at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, December 19 and sentenced on Tuesday, May 21.
She was handed a 28-month driving ban and must pay a fine of £200, costs of £40 and a victim surcharge of £80 by June 20.
