A TOTAL of 64 new homes are being built in a Hampshire village. 

Developer CG Fry & Son is building them at Mountbatten Park, North Baddesley. 

They are being marketed by estate agent Charters.

Among the 300 new homes, CG Fry & Son is building 64 two, three, four, and five-bedroom properties. 

The first visitor to the sales office and the two show homes on Thursday, May 9 was Tim Knatchbull, grandson of Earl Mountbatten of Burma, who said: “How wonderful to see our vision being translated so faithfully to make a place people will love.”
