A WINCHESTER man has been banned from the road for failing to give information to the cops.
Andrew Horrigan, 41, of Battery Hill, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver/rider of a vehicle when required on November 6 in Bristol, a court heard.
The case was proven under the single justice procedure at Avon and Somerset Magistrates’ Court on April 30.
Horrigan has been disqualified from holding a driver’s licence for six months.
He has been fined £660, and must also pay a £264 victim surcharge and £90 costs.
The total amount of £1,014 must be paid by June 25.
