DELAYS have been reported on the M3 Northbound due to a broken-down vehicle.
The vehicle has broken down on the exit slip at Junction 9, near Winnall, leaving one lane blocked.
Heavy delays have been reported, with some cars stuck as far back as Junction 11.
Hampshire County Council Traffic and Travel posted on X, saying: "#M3 Northbound - One lane BLOCKED on the exit slip at J9/#A34 #Winnall due to a broken down vehicle, delays from J11/A3090 #Winchester."

Information from Highways England states that it is expected that the blocked lane will be cleared by 6.15pm at the latest.
