Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties have given over 700 Easter Eggs to local hospitals and food banks this Easter.

Employees at the Winchester-based head office coordinated the initiative, which included donations to Queen Alexandra children's wards, Smile4Wessex, and several Southampton General Hospital wards.

Fareham Food Bank also benefitted. Additionally, Taylor Wimpey supported the Whiteley Wanderers FC Easter Fun Run with a £500 donation.

This event, held on March 29 at Meadowside Fields, raised more than £2,000 for the Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, attracting over 200 runners.

Rosamund Wells, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties, said: "We are delighted to support our local hospitals and community during this Easter season. Everyone has really come together to contribute to these important causes."

Steven Davies, chairman of Whiteley Wanderers FC and GOSH Ambassador, said: "It was great to witness the community spirit and the coming together for such an important cause.

"We are incredibly grateful to Taylor Wimpey for their generous contribution and active involvement. Their support helps us continue our mission of supporting Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity as a Community Club and bringing joy to families who need it most."
