Comedian Rosie Holt will be exploring the intersection of politics and entertainment in her fresh performance, That's Politainment, at the Theatre Royal Winchester on April 13.
Holt's act suggests that a lacklustre political career can prove fruitful for subsequent opportunities in the entertainment sector, with references to individuals such as Matt Hancock.
The comedian questions if her own viral Member of Parliament can emulate the 'politainment' success of individuals like Nadine Dorries, Nigel Farage, and Jacob Rees-Mogg.
Holt, who has gained over 6.5 million views on her social media videos and is recognised for her appearances on shows such as The Russell Howard Hour, The News Quiz on BBC Radio 4, and Ashley Blaker 6.5 Children, will be planning to take her act on tour after a successful season at the Edinburgh Fringe.
Ms Holt will perform at 8pm on April 13 at the Theatre Royal Winchester. The recommended age for viewers is 16 and older.
