Flowerdown Care Home, managed by Barchester Healthcare, welcomed children from Finkley Weeke Nursery and Pre-School on March 27.
Residents took part in games and music activities with the children. The visit ended with residents reading Easter books to the young guests.
Home general manager Claudia Nunes said: "We love having the children visit the home, our residents thoroughly enjoyed the fun day and are fond of the young visitors. If anyone ever wants to stop in for a lovely afternoon with your young ones, we’d love to have you visit us."
Barchester Healthcare is a significant UK care provider, maintaining personal care in each facility, including Flowerdown, which offers a 48-resident capacity for both short and long term stays.
