A WINCHESTER man has been handed 10 penalty points for drug driving.
Slawomir Brodzisz, of Fivefields Road, Winnall, was caught in a Vauxhall Vivaro van on Friday, September 22 last year, a court heard.
The 43-year-old pleaded guilty at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Tuesday, March 19.
Brodzisz had 3.5 micrograms of cannabis per litre of blood. The legal limit is two micrograms.
As well as getting 10 penalty points, he must pay a fine of £500, costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200. This has to be paid in full by April 16.
