EVERY planning application put before Winchester City Council officers was permitted this week.

In Colden Common, Mr McConnell can redevelop a site to form four small dwellings. This is at Black Horse Inn, 47 Main Road. 

Home Farm Partnership LLP, in Hursley, had an application permitted to create a new opening in an existing garden wall at Home Farm House, Home Farm Hursley, Park Road.

In Kings Worthy, Will Selley had an application permitted for a boundary fence (6ft) and free-standing fenced area for pet dog at 4 Springvale Road.

Mr and Mrs Meharg's application was permitted for a garden room with over night accommodation use at 6 Bercote Close, Littleton. 

Nigel Gibson, in Harestock, had an application permitted for the removal of existing front and rear cladding, external render system, alterations to various windows, reroofing existing porch, garage door removed and changed for picture window. This is at 65 Buriton Road. 

In Soberton, Mr and Mrs Jordan can have a ground floor extension to include new dwelling access, kitchen, utility, WC and boot room at 11 Hundred Acres. 

In Winchester, Mr and Mrs Wormald had an application permitted for replacement windows and doors at 48 - 49 Canon Street. 

Amy Baynes had an application permitted for work at Old Hyde House, 75 Hyde Street. The works involve demolition of part of an existing wall to create better use of space in an office at first floor. 

Mrs Summers had an application permitted for the removal of an outbuilding and construction of garage and back hall entrance and laundry room, as well as having a kitchen extended. This is at Rutland House, 11 Park Road. 

Mr and Dr Berry can have a two storey side extension, front elevation remodelling, external and internal alterations at 61 Brassey Road.
