A group of supporters have come together to help clean up the local area of litter to support a campaign aimed at clean up the countryside.
Supporters from the Hursley Hambledon Hunt, based in the South of Hampshire, joined the Countryside Alliance ‘Countryside Clean Up Campaign’ to litter pick around the lanes and roads close to their kennels near Droxford.
The Countryside Alliance's annual 'Countryside Clean Up', back for 2024, is an event aimed at encouraging country lovers to get up and do their bit to help clear up the countryside, including members from the hunting and shooting communities.

The Countryside Alliance’s annual clean-up sees thousands of people taking part and is intended to take place between Saturday, March 16 and Monday, April 1, encouraging members of rural communities to make a difference.
Members of the Hursley Hambledon Hunt took part in the clean up on Sunday, March 24. Members of the group said: "We were surprised by how much litter was gathered in a relatively short space of time. We filled 34 bags, with lots of bottles, cans, food wrappers, and some things too unpleasant to mention!"
The group added: "Keeping our countryside clean and clear of litter is extremely important to the rural community, and we are pleased to do our bit to help."
