The recognition acknowledges Ms Laine's approach in using happiness as a tool for business success, and her intent on creating wide-reaching impact positively.
She said: "I have always championed women in business, and women at home.
"I share childcare responsibilities with other working mums to help and empower them to focus on their work and will continue to do so.
"I also speak often at events and support charities who pledge to help others; I am currently a Patron of The Knights Foundation, who provide support and gifts to disabled children, deprived children, seriously ill children and their families."
