Flowerdown Care Home in Littleton has hosted breakfast for local blue light services every Monday in March.
Wanting to give back to the hardworking emergency services, the Harestock Road care home highlights that staff and residents keenly welcome emergency workers to enjoy a fresh croissant and drink between 8am and 10am.
Head chef, Muthu Kannan, prepared a selection of freshly baked pastries.
General manager for Flowerdown, Claudia Nunes, said: "Our emergency services are absolute heroes, they work so hard and so selflessly, it is the least we can do to offer them some breakfast to set them up for the day."
Flowerdown Care Home is managed by Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK’s largest care providers. Besides these freshly-backed breakfasts, Barchester offers both long-term and short respite care and supports over 13,000 residents across 259 homes.
