ROMSEY Flower Club recently enjoyed a demonstration from Melanie Smith.
At the meeting on Thursday, March 14, she showed her techniques for using a green alternative to floral foam called agra-wool.
Julie Facey, from the club, said: “She created an array of beautiful, large arrangements, which included exotic blooms such as stunning orchids, roses, spider chrysanthemums and germinis. Members and guests learned new techniques and tips to use in their own arranging.

“The committee was pleased to tell members of the success of the Mother’s Day flower basket market stall, which sold out in record time.”
