A WINCHESTER man has been handed three penalty points for speeding in Cornwall.
Christopher Kevin Kirwan, of Worthy Road, was caught on a 30mph zone on the A390 Tregolls Road, Truro, on August 6, a court heard.
Kirwan, 55, pleaded guilty at Cornwall Magistrates Court on March 13.
The court record said he was driving a Volkswagen California, but not the speed he was driving.
As well as getting three penalty points, Kirwan must pay a fine of £72, a victim surcharge of £28 and costs of £90 to be paid by April 10.
