A WINCHESTER motorist has been fined for keeping a car which does not meet insurance requirements.
John Clarke, 85, of Chapel Field, Easton, was found to own a vehicle which did not meet the insurance requirements of section 144A of the Road Traffic Act 1988 on July 6, 2022.
Magistrates at Southampton Magistrates Court found Clarke guilty on Friday, March 1.
He has been fined £60, with a £24 victim surcharge.
The full amount of £84 must be paid by March 29.
