SEVERAL items have been stolen from an ice cream shop in Twyford.
The burglary took place at Jude’s Ice Cream, Hazeley Enterprise Park, Hazeley Road at some time between 1am and 2am on Saturday, March 2.
A white Volkswagen Crafter van, a countertop freezer marked with ‘Jude’s’ and with blue and white stripes, and tools were stolen from the site.
The stolen tools include a Ryobi drill, a 100-piece Halfords socket set, a 10-piece spanner set, a spare wheel for a horsebox, a spare wheel for a trailer and 10 ratchet straps.
Police are investigating the incident.

PC Sharon Conway said: “We’re appealing for anyone with information about this incident to come forward. Were you in the area around the time of the incident? Did you see anyone acting suspiciously or do you have a dashcam attached to your vehicle that may have caught footage of the offenders?
“We’d also like to speak to anyone who may have been offered the freezer unit or tools for sale.
“If you have any information, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.”
