TWO applications have been withdrawn, with all others permitted by Winchester City Council planning officers this week. 

An application submitted by Beth Cohen to update a wedding licence at Fort Nelson, Portsdown Hill Road, was withdrawn. 

In Colden Common, Kate Harris withdrew an application for a front porch at 18 Oak Tree Close. 

All other applications were permitted. 

In Boarhunt, Mrs Willers can have a detached garage with studio to first floor at Apple Blossom Cottage, Southwick Road. 

Alan Carter had an application permitted for a single storey side extension at Stahaken Court, Southdown Road. 

In Curdridge, Mr Gamblin had an application permitted for the change of use of land to equestrian, erection of 11 looseboxes, ancillary structures and associated parking area. This is at Poplars Farm, Curdridge Lane.

Mr and Mrs James can have an amalgamation of three existing apartments into single family dwelling, at Cromwell House, Main Road in Hursley. 

In Alresford, Mr and Mrs Budd had an application permitted for the demolition of rear conservatory and construction of single storey rear extension at 78 Oak Hill. 

Takashi Takeuchi's application was permitted for a replacement detached timber-framed gazebo in the rear garden of the detached dwelling. This is at Sunningdale House, Main Road. 

In Sparsholt, Ceri Baber had an application permitted for the demolition of an existing single storey utility building and construction of a new single storey utility building/extension with a slightly enlarged footprint, at Little Mead, Home Lane. 

In Winchester, Mark Jeffrey Ebdon had an application permitted for two two-bed, two storey houses attached to 1 Fox Lane, following the demolition of the single storey side wing. 

Mr and Mrs Elliot's application was permitted for a new store/greenhouse in rear garden at 4 Weeke Manor House, Loyd-Lindsay Square. 

Alison Evans had an application permitted for the replacement of existing marquee with associated landscaping and covered walkway, at The Refectory, Winchester Cathedral, The Close. 

An application submitted c/o agent for fenestration alterations at 141 - 142 High Street was permitted. 

Patrick Lennon's application for a Fascia sign and hanging sign displaying the company name Castle Fine Art at 4 The Square was permitted. A listed building application was permitted at the same location for new signage, shop fit, fire detection system, new oak engineered floor; replace the existing central heating to more economical system; and carry out internal decorations. 

Mark Rides had an application permitted for a minor amendment to application 22/02602/LIS. This is at 15 Kingsgate Street.
