Ever wondered where you can spot a starling murmuration near Winchester?
During winter months, a large number of starlings visit Britain from the continent in order to find warmth in our island climate, their 'murmurations' - the name for a flying flock of starlings - create spectacular constantly-changing shapes in the sky.
Murmurations can be made up of tens and even hundreds of thousands of starlings, spiralling and funnelling into incredible shapes.
