A WINCHESTER GP surgery has returned to normal working after national IT problems forced the practice to close.
St Paul’s Surgery is operating back at full capacity after IT issues disrupted its online booking system. The practice, in Alison Way, Oram's Arbour, was closed on Monday, February 26, with patients calling in and receiving an automated message.

The surgery re-opened on Tuesday, February 27, while still experiencing technical difficulties but has been back to full operational capacity since Thursday, February 29 morning.
Philip Heiden, managing partner at St Paul's Surgery, said: “The national problem has been fixed and normal practice has resumed.
“We are expecting a little bit of a bumpy week next week, with people waiting for help non-urgent issues, but are prepared for it.”
