HEAVY delays have been reported on the A34 Southbound near Winchester.
The delays have been caused by a vehicle spilling its load on the southbound slip road to the A33.
One lane is currently closed, with Traffic England estimating that the spillage will be cleared between 12.30am and 12.45am.
Traffic on the A34 is currently backed up towards South Wonston.
