An Alresford woman has been fined for failing to help the police after an alleged traffic offence.
Valerie Ann Foulsham, 66, of Stiles Yard, did not give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle when required by the police, a court heard.
The offence happened on July 10 2023 in Bristol and it was proved under the single justice procedure at Bath Magistrates Court on Tuesday January 16.
Magistrates fined her £660 with a victim surcharge of £264 and £90 costs. Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
An alleged offence of speeding at 54mph in a 40-zone of the M32 on June 7 2023 was withdrawn.
The penalties of £1,014 must be paid by March 12.
