POLICE have arrested a man wanted on recall to prison, who was recently spotted in Winchester.
John Udy, 44, was last seen in Winchester on Monday, January 22.
Udy, who has links to the Paulsgrove area in Portsmouth, was wantedfor breaching his licence conditions.
A spokesperson for Hampshire Police said: "We can confirm that a 44-year-old man was arrested last night (2 February) and has now been recalled to prison."
