JM Finn has bought new offices in the city centre to cement its ongoing commitment to Winchester and Hampshire.
The new premises, at Regency House in Southgate Street, consists of 3,500 square feet of refurbished office accommodation.
The property recently had a substantial refurbishment to create a well presented and modern space, which represents a significant upgrade from JM Finn’s last location at Walcote Place, off the High Street.
The company’s Winchester branch has now grown to a team of six investment managers and four support staff, who manage £960 million on behalf of clients.

Simon Tufnell, investment director, said: “The move to our new Winchester office is an exciting milestone for the firm. Having launched the Winchester branch in 2019, we’ve seen tremendous growth as JM Finn becomes the wealth manager of choice in Hampshire and the surrounding counties.
“Our new premises makes us even better placed to provide a personal face-to-face service to clients living in the area, and we look forward to welcoming our clients to our new offices.”
The new building offers larger meeting room space, a central location, and a better layout for the investment and support teams.
He added: “A presence in Winchester allows us to be responsive to changing clients preferences and work patterns; we can accommodate all clients whether they prefer to meet at their own home, come to our office or to speak on a video call. Overall, this expended regional hub strengthens our presence across England and our service to clients.”
