A WINCHESTER man has been fined after a series of dishonesty offences.
James Lloyd, of Christchurch Road, pleaded guilty to the offences at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, January 10.
On Tuesday, June 6 last year Lloyd, 36, handling a stolen lanyard, a set of keys and an identity card belonging to Megan Burley, the court heard.
He also took three coats and a wallet from a car belonging to Johan Warner and fraudulently used a bank card, to spend £131.27.
Lloyd was fined a total of £225 and must pay £85 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
