TWYFORD St Mary's PTA is preparing for its TFl Friday Tribute Band party.
The event will be held at Twyford Community Centre on Saturday, February 3, starting at 7.30pm. 
Tickets cost £10 each. On the PTA's website, it said: “Get ready to travel back in time with the ultimate tribute band dedicated to the iconic sounds of the 90s! Relive the greatest hits of Chris Evans’ legendary show TFI Friday with an authentic live experience.
“Secure your tickets now for a night of 90s hits that will transport you straight to the glory days of flannel shirts and Tamagotchis!”

AN evening of folk music is coming to Compton.
The event is on Friday, January 26 at the Jubilee Pavilion in Shepherds Lane.
The bar will be open from 7pm and the music starts at 8pm.
It will be an evening of traditional and contemporary folk music performed by local bands.
Entry is free.

A HEALTH and wellbeing expo is being held in Twyford next month. 
The event is at Twyford Parish Hall on Sunday, February 25, starting at 11am. 
On the event's Facebook page, it said: “There are some phenomenal local small businesses showcasing their bespoke and unique products and services, from crystals, natural products, spiritual and mediumship readings amongst many others.
“There are refreshments available including vegetarian and vegan, with a fantastic selection of hot food too.”
Admission costs £2 with under 16s going free. There is also a free raffle ticket included. 

A WELL known blues guitarists is performing a concert in Twyford.
Aynsley Lister will be at St Mary's Church on Saturday, February 17, with doors open at 7pm.

THE Otterbourne and Allbrook Climate Cafe will be held at the end of the month.
It will be on Saturday, January 27, at 11am, at Otterbourne Village Hall. 
The group's aim is to improve climate awareness among local residents.

COLDEN Common ladies group is preparing for a packed programme of events this year.
On February 16, they have chapter and verse, an evening of songs, poetry and readings.
New members are welcome. They meet on the third Friday of the month at 7.30pm in the Bert Stratton Lounge of Colden Common Community Centre. 

COLDEN Common Community Transport is looking for more volunteer drivers.
They operate shopping trips to local supermarkets on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
