A WINCHESTER man had indecent images on his mobile phones, a court heard.
Gavin Beckley, 43, of Christchurch Road, admitted two offences of distributing indecent images on a Samsung Galaxy on April 19 and May 11 2020, possessing 29 images on a Samsung Galaxy and an Apple iPhone between April 18 and May 18 2020, and distributing indecent images of a child on May 11 2020, a court heard.
Beckley admitted the charges on October 24.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a 12-month community order with a drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity for up to 60 days.
He must also be on the sex offenders' register for five years and be subject to a sexual harm prevention order for ten years. He must make any computer or phone available for inspection by the police and only use devices which retain and display the history of use.
Beckley must also pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
