A ROAD in Winchester has re-opened following an incident.

Romsey Road was partially closed in both directions between West End Terrace and Clifton Terrace, causing delays through the city centre.

One resident posted on Facebook group Winchester Rants, at 11.42am: “Avoid Romsey Road between train bridge and West End Terrace - incident with bus and cyclist, police have closed road. Pure chaos!”
