Me and my family would like to wish everyone a happy Christmas.
A big thank you to everyone who has helped and supported me during my long journey of mental health.
I would especially like to mention everyone I call family, so many names to me. Solent Sports Football, Winchester City Council, Winchester City FC and Hampshire County Council, plus many others.
I am blessed to have my football family and more, playing and watching helps me loads. My advice if you or anyone you know have mental health problems, speak to people. I know it is difficult, but let's all help each other.
Recently I heard a phrase from the talented and inspiring Amanda Holden, 'never give up' of which is true!
This is the way I look at life now. Thank you Amanda.
I hope everyone has a great Christmas and new year.
