The Wessex Quiltmakers raised more than £1,000 for Winchester Hospice earlier this year.
The Winchester-based group held an exhibition as part of the Michaelmas Fair in the Hospital of St Cross.
They raffled a quilt, part of which made by long standing member Brenda Lothian who died at the hospice last year.
A cheque for £1,071 was presented to Jo Westerman, from the hospice, at one of Wessex Quiltmakers' recent meetings.
