A SWANMORE man has been fined for driving a vehicle without properly securing its load.
Joseph Brame, of Spring Vale, was caught driving a Ford Transit near Twyford on October 26, 2021, a court heard.
Officers found that the items the van was carrying had not been properly secured and could have caused possible injury.
The 48-year-old was found guilty in his absence at Southampton Magistrates Court on Monday, December 4.
He had three points added to his licence and was fined £440, with costs of £300 and a £44 surcharge.
The total amount of £784 must be paid by January 1.
