AN Alresford man has been hit with five penalty points for careless driving.
Richard Smith, of Appledown Close, was caught on Thursday, August 17 on Reading Road, Winnersh in Berkshire.
Smith, 44, pleaded guilty at Wycombe Magistrates' Court on Thursday, November 16.
As well as getting five penalty points, Smith must pay a fine of £307, costs of £110 and a surcharge of £123. This has to be paid by Thursday, December 14.
