Hampshire Chronicle: Ridge and Partners awards

The Ridge office, based at Royal Court in Kings Worthy, provided cost management services on both projects to ensure they were economically viable. Chesil Cliff House was one of the most famous subjects of Channel Four’s Grand Designs programme - acute financial difficulties had led to it being effectively abandoned before Ridge took control of the budget, making the scheme financially viable and overseeing its progress to completion.

This prestigious gold award was given in recognition of the dedication and professionalism of the company’s multidisciplinary staff and of Ridge’s ambition to become the property and construction consultants of choice for Hampshire and beyond.

It was also awarded due to the progress Ridge has made in several important areas.
