Winchester City Council planning officers permitted every application before them this week.

In Badger Farm, Mrs Barrett can have a replacement PVCU conservatory to rear of property at 15 Ivy Close. 

An application submitted by Mr and Mrs Potts, Ms Potts and Mr Elston was permitted for the use of land to station a mobile home at 7 Wardle Road, Colden Common. 

Ben Latreuille, in Crawley, can remove existing garden room and external steps and extend existing kitchen at Clock House, Northwood Park.

Claire Duncan's application was permitted for and extension to a terrace at 145 Springvale Road, Headbourne Worthy.

In Kings Worthy, Mr and Mrs Owen can have a garage conversion at 30 Springvale Road. 

Linda Voda's application was permitted for a single-storey side extension with internal modifications and hard landscaping. Existing rear and side dormers re clad. Fenestration changes and roof alterations. This is at Tanglewood, 1 Campion Way.

In Alresford, Mr and Mrs Smart had an application permitted for a partial demolition of existing single storey rear extension and construction of single storey rear extension at 26 Orchard Close.

Two applications submitted by the Diocese of Winchester were permitted for work at Old Alresford Place, Colden Lane. One was for internal and external works to existing building to facilitate a partial change of use, repairs, maintenance and redecoration. The other was for the removal of a bedroom and en-suite accommodation and alter the floor plans to facilitate change to office and ancillary use; installation of block paved accessible car parking with electric car charging points; installation of external bicycle canopy. 

In Swanmore, Jennifer Smith can change the use of a garage to a garden office/living space. This is at Fox House, Mislingford Road.

Marjorie Nutland's application for a new front porch at 2 New Inn Close was permitted. 

In Wickham, Frank and Trish Dixie had an application for the change of use from office to mixed use of flats and offices; roof extension and alterations; porch alterations, at Boyces Cottage, The Square.

In Winchester, an applicant submitted c/o agent was permitted for the  dismantling and rebuilding by hand the existing chimney at the first-floor rear extension of 107A High Street.

Mr and Mrs Simpson had an application permitted for a side and rear two storey extension; and demolition of existing detached garage, at 2 Airlie Corner. 

In Wonston, Leonie Measures can have a single storey rear extension and car port to front at Moldon Farm Bungalow, Bullington Lane.
