AN Alresford company has to pay more than £500 for failing to identify a driver.
Carlin Management Services Ltd, based at Swelling Hill, did not identify a BMW driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.

The identity of the driver was not given between April 21 and May 19, after a requirement in Banbury, in Oxfordshire.
The company pleaded guilty at Wycombe Magistrates Court on Thursday, November 2.
It must pay a fine of £500, costs of £110 and a surcharge of £200. This has to be paid by Friday, December 1.
