An East Hampshire pub has been recognised as having one of the best Sunday roasts in the country.
The Thomas Lord in West Meon was named as one of the top pub roasts in Hampshire by the website Muddy Stilettos, alongside The Red Lion in Odiham and The Old Mill in Hordle, Lymington.
It was praised for its ‘long standing reputation for great grub’ with a large range of menus available for breakfast, lunch, dinner and afternoon tea.
According to their website, the Sunday roast features a selection of roast meats including beef, pork, and chicken with a cauliflower and spinach Wellington available for a vegetarian option.

The Hampshire Chronicle spoke to the general manager at Thomas Lord pub about their ranking.
They said: “That's amazing to hear, we usually have a waiting list, we're that consistently busy every Sunday and it's always a fresh pub roast.”
The pub was also commended for its beautiful scenery as it was described as a "picture perfect country pub surrounded by countryside and thatched cottages in a chocolate box village” in east Hampshire.
The beautifully restored traditional village pub offers a range of real ales and mouth-watering meals, seven days a week.
