A MAN has been jailed for shoplifting and breaching a criminal behaviour order in Winchester.
Jordan James Bell, 25, of Longleat Square in Farnborough, appeared before Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Tuesday, October 3, after being charged with the two offences.
The court heard how, on Sunday, October 1, Bell stole hair products from Boots on Winchester High Street.
On the same day, he entered Tesco Express and stole laundry products and food items to the value of £14.20.

Entering both stores was in breach of his Criminal Behaviour Order, which also bans him from entering the High Street except for pre-arranged appointments.
He was sentenced to ten weeks in prison.
Inspector Matt Kirby said: “Winchester Neighbourhood Policing Teams are working hard to secure Criminal Behaviour Orders against prolific offenders causing problems in the city centre. If they breach them, we will take action to enforce them.
“We know the problems this type of offending causes, and we hope this reassures you that we are listening and responding to the concerns of our communities.”
