A shop in Winchester city centre is to be auctioned with a guide price of £135,000 – £145,000.
The terraced property, at 8 Andover Road, is among 178 lots listed across southern England and South Wales by Clive Emson Auctioneers in the firm’s September auction – the sixth of eight this year.

Rob Marchant, the Hampshire auctioneer working from the firm’s Whiteley office, said: “On the remainder of a 1,000-year lease, from 1866, we anticipate keen interest. There is an enclosed garden to the rear.”
Joint auctioneers are Glanfield Holmlund.
The unit was previously occupied by Croma Locksmiths and Security Solutions.
The auction by Clive Emson Auctioneers, members of Southampton Property Association, ends on Wednesday, September 20, with live bidding starting 48 hours before.
