A SOUTHAMPTON driver has been reported for using his laptop while driving.
The man, who is in his 50s, was reported by police for driving without due care and attention on a major road near Kings Worthy on Wednesday, August 16 at approximately 3pm.
A post on the Hampshire Roads Police Unit Facebook page said: “Sadly the A34 has seen more than its fair share of fatal and serious crashes, many caused by distracted drivers, so the actions of this driver who was moving in heavy but flowing traffic were especially disappointing.
“Yes, that is a laptop.”
