The Farm Shop has a group of longstanding local suppliers which have been working with Longstock since the shop opened. Since then, the team has increased the number of local and regional products available, offering customers a wide variety of options. Today, these make up more than half of the range available and include food, drink gifts and homeware.

Head of Leckford Estate, Andrew Hoad, said: “All the team at Leckford are really excited to be celebrating the shop’s tenth anniversary. Whether our customers are popping in to pick up some of their favourite Leckford-grown products, indulging in some of our delicious homemade cakes in the café, or enjoying our beautiful Nursery and Water Gardens, it’s great to see our visitors loving our Leckford Estate just as much as we do.”

The Leckford farm shop and café are part of the wider Leckford Estate which has been the Waitrose Farm for over 90 years. Leckford Estate is farmed regeneratively, with visitors also able to visit the Water Gardens, the nursery and enjoy golf and fishing on the famous River Test.

Caroline Nokes, MP for Romsey and Southampton North, said: "Happy 10th Birthday to the Leckford Farm shop and café. I was delighted when it opened in my constituency in 2013 as an addition to the fantastic facilities offered at the estate, such as the water gardens and nursery.

"It has become a real community hub where people can buy great local produce and also enjoy getting together over a coffee or bite to eat. The Leckford team also gives a lot back to the community, I especially commend them for everything they did for the local people during Covid."
