WICKHAM Community Centre is hosting a comedy night at the end of September.
Stitches Comedy Club will welcome four comedy acts on September 30, from 7pm.
Blind comic Chris McCausland will be there with James Alderson, Julian Deane and double act Plastic Jeezus.

BISHOP'S Waltham Museum is holding an exhibition throughout the summer about sport.
The exhibition, called Sporting Bishop's Waltham, will be open on Saturdays and Sunday, from 12pm-4pm until October.
People may be able to sport friends and family in the photos on display.

A NEW website has been launched to help increase the number of volunteers in Bishop's Waltham.
Bishop's Waltham Community Volunteers has been set up for people to advertise volunteering roles in the market town and it's free to use.
On the website, it said: “By providing this resource for free we aim to encourage local organisations to advertise roles, and provide a simple platform for local people to browse and apply for those roles, thus supporting the continuation of the many community organisations which provide essential services and support to residents of our town and its neighbouring villages.
“Bishop's Waltham Town Team provide this resource free of charge to local non-profit clubs, organisations, charities and groups to advertise volunteering opportunities. Members of the community can browse anonymously or create an account and register on the system, and apply for roles.”

WICKHAM Flowers is holding an 'introduction to floristry' in September.
It will be a three-week course to learn about the basics of floristry and creating arrangements.
There will be vase arrangements, a basket of blooms and a topiary tree.
The course will be held at Wickham Community Centre, and will cost £150 for three sessions. They will be held on September 10, 17, and 24, from 10.30am-12.30pm.

A ROTARY club has appointed a new president.
Bishop’s Waltham Rotary has appointed Jason Rule to replace Sara Walker.
A rotary club spokesman said: “Here we are at the beginning of a new rotary year with our new president of Bishop’s Waltham Rotary Jason Rule, taking over the reins from outgoing president Sara Walker and ready in position to take over from Jason next year is president elect Ian Treveil.”
LOOKING ahead, the Taste of Wickham Festival will be held on Sunday September 10, from 10am-4pm.
The event will be held in Wickham Square and will feature a variety of local food and craft shopping.
There will also be free family entertainment including a magic show and petting zoo.
Wickham History Society will be giving talks on a range of topics.
