This is my third time of writing.
In the first I congratulated Test Valley Borough Council on the provision of the one toilet in Romsey.
On the second it was to complain that it had been out of order for more than three weeks.
It was then repaired.
However, there's now another notice on the door to say it's out of order once again!
Does TVBC not value its disabled residents?
