A Winchester man who was caught with cocaine has been fined by magistrates.
Kevin McNeil, 51, of Andover Road was found with the class A drug on March 15, a court heard. He admitted the charge of possession.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £120 with £85 costs and a £48 victim surcharge. The penalty of £253 must be paid by June 10, the bench ordered.
