TWYFORD Playgroup Fundraising Committee is organising a Village Games event. 
It will be held on Sunday July 2 at Hunter Park, from 1.30pm-4.30pm. 
It promises to be a fun afternoon with food, the Bugle Bar and more. 
A suggested £10 donation per family will go to Twyford Playgroup. 

A MIDSUMMER Fest is coming to Twyford and will be raising money for The ME/CFS Alliance. 
It will be held on Saturday June 17 at Twyford Parish Hall, from 7.30pm. 
Tickets cost £20 per person and include a jacket potato with a filling of beef chilli or vegan hotpot. There will also be a cash bar and raffle. 
Liam White's three piece band will be accompanying the evening with swing and soul sounds.

OTTERBOURNE Fete is returning to the Recreation Ground. 
The free event will be held on Sunday June 25, from 1pm-4pm. 
There will be live music, a dog show, local stalls, maypole, BBQ, Pimms/beer, ice cream, a raffle, bouncy castle, face painting and more. 

FRIENDS of Owslebury Primary School is hosting a summer dance in June. 
The event, at Durley House on Saturday June 24, will feature dancing, food, a raffle and a photobooth. 
Resident singer Hayd Copperthwaite will also be in attendance. There will be drinks on arrival, a buffet dinner and a hog roast. 
The dress code is festival party wear. Tickets cost £20 and the event will be held from 7pm-12am.

COLDEN Common Music and Drama Group will be performing a concert called Say it with a Song. 
The concert will be held at Colden Common Community Centre on Friday June 30 and Saturday July 1, at 7.30pm. 
It's set to feature a selection of old and new songs. 
There will be a bar, refreshments and a lucky programme number prize.

AN event called ‘A brew and a book’ will be returning to Colden Common. 
It is usually held on the last Thursday of each month at Colden Common Community Centre, from 2pm-4pm. 
People can enjoy some company, have a hot drink and have a browse at the second hand books. 

A TALK celebrating 100 years of scouting in Colden Common will be held on Wednesday June 21. 
The event, at Colden Common Community Centre at 7.30pm, will be focussing on Rover Scouts, which is the group's adult section. 
This will be an opportunity to find out more about the history of Rover Scouts and how they still operate today. 
The talk will be given by Brian O'Neill, who is a member of the Hampshire Scout Heritage team with more than 50 years in adult leadership in scouting. 

A COMMUNITY fun day is being held in Colden Common. 
Common Have A Go is coming to the Recreation Ground on June 24, from 12pm-4pm. 
There will be plenty of activities such as: zorbing, face painting, tombolas, bungee trampolines, inflatables, classic cars, games, live music, ice cream, a bar and food stalls. 
As well as this, it will also include the opening of the new pavilion in Colden Common. 

A SCOUT group in Colden Common is looking to recruit new leaders. 
The 9th Winchester Scouts group is looking for team managers, a treasurer, section leaders, assistant leaders and executive committee members.
