A ROMSEY man has been fined for failing to give police the identity of a driver in Bradford, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
Talha Munib, of Bell Street, was also given six penalty points on his driving licence after the offence on August 25 last year.

Munib, 26, pleaded guilty on May 16 at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court.
He was fined £292, has to pay a victim surcharge of £117 and costs of £110.
The court ordered that the fine be paid £40 per month, starting on June 13.
