A MOTORCYCLIST is in custody awaiting sentence for dangerous riding five years ago.
Philip Dobson Queen, 59, admitted driving dangerously and failing to stop for a police officer in uniform on the M3 near Winchester on May 29 2018.
Dobson Queen, of no fixed abode, was on an X-reg Kawasaki, magistrates in Basingstoke heard on Friday January 13.
He also pleaded guilty to having no test certificate for the machine.
Magistrates remanded him in custody and imposed an interim disqualification. He is due to appear at Winchester Crown Court on Friday February 10.
