RETROSPECTIVE plans for six water tanks at a vineyard will be decided at the end of the month after an 'admin error'.

The plan, for six water tanks at Chalkvale Vineyard in Little Somborne, was set to be decided on January 10.

However, it was withdrawn from the agenda of Test Valley Borough Council's Southern Area planning committee.

At the meeting, chairman Cllr Mark Cooper explained that it was due to an admin error by the council.

Cllr Cooper apologised to members and said that it was pushed back as the committee had not yet been on a site visit.

The plan has met with opposition from local groups and a parish council over the impact on the area.

The application has been recommended for approval and is next due to be decided on January 31.
